DI Choice of 5 great Fonts #1
Typography matters.
We picked some of the very trendy typefaces around the web. Unfortunately, not all of these fonts are distributed free, but they’re definitely worth their prices.
Some of you might already have them loaded as favorite choices in their computers. So, check them out:
1. Myriad Pro
I assume almost all of you know Myriad.
One of Adobe’s greatest favor’s to us; getting bundled with it’s many installed softwares.
Myriad has become popular for both text and display composition.
As an OpenType release, Myriad Pro expands this sans serif family to include Greek and Cyrillic glyphs, as well as adding oldstyle figures and improving support for Latin-based languages.
The full Myriad Pro family includes condensed, normal, and extended widths in a full range of weights. Designed by Robert Slimbach & Carol Twombly with Fred Brady & Christopher Slye, Myriad has a warmth and readability that result from the humanistic treatment of letter proportions and design detail.
2. Cholla Sans

Designed by Sibylle Hagmann in 1999, Cholla sans is one of the loveliest serif fonts.

Cholla is becoming more and more popular lately, with it’s elegant look in heading type purpose.
3. ITC Franklin Gothic

One of the most popular modern font families.
Franklin Gothic is a Linotype font family with 20 styles, pretty good for use of business related topics.
4. Etelka

Etelka is actually our very own favorite.
Produced by Storm font family, Etelka deserves it’s price with it’s solid look.
5. Univers

Another font from Linotype, Univers is one of other popular fonts around.
The Univers family has the advantage of having a variety of weights and styles, which, even when combined, give an impression of steadiness and homogeneity.
The clear, objective forms of Univers make this a legible font suitable for almost any typographic need.
